But Rokita’s opponent in the 4th District race says declining the debate may contradict an earlier conversation between the two men.

But the West Lafayette resident is optimistic that some real reform can be done when Indiana politicians redraw political boundaries next year. The General assembly is tasked with redistricting, using new U.S. Census data, in 2011.
