LAFAYETTE, IN (WBAA) -
The Democratic nominee for the 4th congressional district says he has not received a response to participate in a debate from his Republican opponent.
David Sanders says it’s been nearly two months since he first extended an invitation to Todd Rokita.
Sanders says the debates are the best way for voters to get to know the candidates.
Sanders will participate in a pair of debates this month with Libertarian candidate John Duncan.
The first is August 10th in Ellettsville.
